Garage Door Grand Island was founded in 2000 by James Mitchell, a U.S. Army veteran who brought military discipline and commitment to excellence into the garage door industry.
After serving his country for 12 years, James returned home to Grand Island with a vision: to create a company that would serve his community with the same dedication he showed in uniform. He started with one truck and a determination to do things right.
